The forum will highlight the results of a nationwide survey of lower-income families, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

- Presence of digital devices and Internet connections in the home
- Use of libraries and other community access points
- Barriers to consistent access and implications of mobile-only connectivity
- Experiences with subsidized Internet access
- How families use digital technology for home-school connections and for informal learning
- Untapped family and community assets that can be leveraged in digital equity programs.
