Letter to Congress on Second Chance Pell Principles

New America signed onto these principles for Second Chance Pell, asking that Congress responsibly and fairly restore access to Pell Grants for incarcerated individuals, along with over a dozen other education and civil rights organizations. The letter was submitted to both House and Senate education committees.
