Aaron Loewenberg is a senior policy analyst with the Education Policy program at New America.
Loewenberg is a member of the Early & Elementary Education team, where he provides research and analysis on policies that impact children from birth through third grade. He has authored multiple policy papers and his writing has appeared in Slate, The Hechinger Report, Washington Monthly, and Pacific Standard.
Before joining New America, Loewenberg taught pre-K and kindergarten for four years in Washington, DC.
Loewenberg holds a master’s degree in educational policy and leadership and a bachelor’s degree in government from American University.
