Alexa Wesley is the director of research and strategy at NASPA–Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education. Her work here primarily focuses on conducting landscape analyses and student-centered research to undercover promising practices for the field. Prior to joining NASPA, Wesley served as a policy intern for Lumina Foundation, where she focused on federal postsecondary education policy and institutional finance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in government and politics and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Maryland, College Park.
