Bonnie O'Keefe is a Senior Analyst with Bellwether Education Partners in the Policy and Thought Leadership practice area. She works on a variety of issues across ECE and K-12, but is especially interested in Pre-K to third grade systems, and state policies around accountability and assessments. Bonnie supported the development of CCSSO and CEELO’s forthcoming resource for states, “Birth to Grade 3 Indicator Framework: Opportunities to Integrate Early Childhood in ESSA, CCSSO/CEELO Toolkit."
