Carly Roberts is an associate program director at Overdeck Family Foundation, managing the Foundation’s work in the areas of early childhood and informal STEM education. Carly has worked in education throughout her career and in her graduate studies, with experience spanning direct impact, research, and policy. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2014, she coordinated comprehensive services for children and families in an under-resourced neighborhood in Washington, D.C. and held consultative roles in education research, policy, and philanthropy.
