Dion Flynn is a comedy writer, speaker, U.S. Army veteran and Founder of the Improvisor’s Mindset, a corporate training and consulting firm. Cited by Oprah Magazine as “one of our favorite creative thinkers,” he's best known for playing Barack Obama (and 15 other characters) in over 100 appearances on the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. He has also done voiceover work for radio and TV.

With a unique blend of humor and mindfulness, Flynn is an expert in helping people connect using fun and innovative methods. Flynn’s passion lies in improvisation, and he has applied this skill set to create Improv Recovery Workshops and The Improvisor’s Mindset. These programs illustrate how improvisational comedy can be applied to personal development.

With his expertise in improvisation and unique perspective on connection, he continues to make a positive impact on individuals and communities alike.

Flynn holds an MFA in acting from New York University and has appeared in prestigious venues such as Shakespeare in the Park, the Guthrie Theater, and New York’s Public Theater.
