Dustin Weeden currently serves as senior policy analyst for the State Higher Education Executive Officers Association (SHEEO), and previously served as a senior policy specialist with the National Conference of State Legislatures. He is a doctoral candidate in higher education at the University of Iowa, and holds a master’s degree from the University of Denver.
