Emma Claire Foley joined the Global Zero team in 2018 as a Research and Policy Intern. Now serving as Senior Associate for Policy & Research, she works with on research relating to nuclear nonproliferation, risk reduction, and disarmament advocacy efforts, and monitoring domestic and international policy developments. Emma Claire received her Master’s degree from Harvard University’s Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, and her Bachelor’s degree in Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies and History from the University of Michigan.
