Fernando Morera is a senior manager at the EY Cambridge Advanced Technology Lab, focusing on technology policy issues related to Web 3.0. As a Stanford TTLF Fellow, he conducts research on the governance of open-source software innovation and the regulation of digital assets. In previous roles, Fernando advised multilateral organizations, governments, and private-sector actors on a wide range of international tax and transactional matters. Fernando was an NYU Fellow at the International Monetary Fund, where he contributed to legal policy making in the area of public finance. He is completing a master’s program at Harvard Medical School, and holds degrees from New York University School of Law and the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
