Hoa Nguyen was the communications associate at New America's Open Technology Institute. Prior to this role, Nguyen was an communications intern with OTI and the Wilson Center. She has written for various publications in Washington D.C. and New York City, covering women's issues, public policy, finance, and technology. Nguyen holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and French from Mount Holyoke College.
