Javier Antonio Fernandez is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he received a BS in Sociology and Minor in Terrorism Studies. He is currently a Rotary Global Grant scholar, and a graduate student at the University of Birmingham in the UK, where he is studying to receive his MA in International Security. Javier is a research associate at the New War Research Consortium, and is also working as a research apprentice with the Army Cyber Institute through the Army Educational Outreach Program.
