Jessica Dine is a policy analyst at New America’s Open Technology Institute and Wireless Future Project, where she focuses on a range of issues including broadband access and adoption, spectrum policy, and competition.
Dine previously was a policy analyst at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF), where she focused on broadband policy with particular emphasis on digital literacy, barriers to broadband adoption, and major broadband funding programs. She was initially a research assistant at ITIF working on the same portfolio. Prior to that, she completed an internship with the House of Representatives and a research internship in technology policy at a multimedia news platform.
Dine holds a B.A. in economics and philosophy from Grinnell College.
