With over 10 years of experience in the field, Ms. Russell's passion for education and career development has fueled her drive to cultivate career pathways for current and future educators. She currently serves as a board member for the Urban Teacher Prep Academy and as a chairperson for her school district’s Student Experience and Equity Committee. As a recipient of the Urban Leader of Tomorrow Award presented by the Issachar Center for Urban Leadership, Ms. Russell’s goal is to lead with a servant's heart while championing education and empowering her community.
