Julia Sproul is a Spring 2022 intern for the Early and Elementary Education program. Before coming to New America, she taught at Blackstone Valley Prep in Rhode Island and served as a Teach for America corps member in Mississippi. She is currently pursuing a master’s of education in education policy and analysis at Harvard Graduate School of Education and holds a master of science in education from Johns Hopkins and a bachelor of arts in psychology and english from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
