Kelly Dwyer was a Spring 2017 Intern with New America’s Learning Technologies project. Previously, she interned at the Department of Education in the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education. Currently, she is pursuing a master's degree at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy. She also received her bachelor’s from the University of Maryland with a degree in History and Art History.
