Kevin Neville is a graduate from the University of Vermont, with degrees in both Chinese language and political science. He currently researches China’s cybersecurity policy and military strategy. Some of his recent work, completed with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, included analyzing Chinese academics’ and military personnel’s conceptual approaches to operations in the cyber domain.
