Lauren Henry Scholz, Eric & Wendy Schmidt Fellow, spent her fellowship year working on a book on the recent rise of privacy protective technologies and organizational strategies which will discuss how this pro-privacy boom in corporate strategy can be entrenched and reinforced. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Law School's Project on the Foundations of Private Law. Previously, she was a postdoctoral fellow at Yale Law School's Information Society Project. Her scholarly work on law and technology has or will appear in Iowa Law Review, Cardozo Law Review, and Stanford Technology Law Review. She is a graduate of Yale College, and has a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
