Lydia Franz serves as a Policy Associate for federal accountability issues at The Institute for College Access & Success (TICAS). Her work supports TICAS’ federal accountability team in advocating for strong protections against low-quality and abusive colleges and developing initiatives to promote equitable outcomes for all students. Prior to joining TICAS, she served as Educational Services Associate at Homeboy Industries where she provided direct support to formerly incarcerated students pursuing higher education. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgetown University.
