Based in TICAS’ DC office, Madison serves as a Senior Policy Associate while also working in operations, including development and strategy. Her experience includes conducting education research and writing at the American Youth Policy Forum, serving as the School Engagement and Partnership fellow at DC PAVE, as well as volunteer mentoring and tutoring. As a native Californian, she earned her BA in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of Southern California and moved to Washington, DC in 2017 where she earned her MA in Education Policy and Advocacy from Georgetown University.
