Meaghan Donahue is a third year law student at Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and current legal intern with New America’s Open Technology Institute, working on privacy issues. She serves as the Managing Note and Comment Editor of Catholic’s Journal of Law and Technology and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). She holds a B.A. in Public Relations from American University.
