Nadim Roberts is a journalist and documentary filmmaker based in London, U.K. His work across print and documentary has been published or appeared in Granta, The Walrus, the Globe and Mail, the Guardian, the Wall Street Journal, and on CBC and CBS, where he currently works. Roberts has reported in more than 20 countries across five continents.
He is currently writing his first book, a work of narrative nonfiction, for Spiegel & Grau and McClelland & Stewart. The Highway explores the legacy of colonialism and residential schooling in the Canadian Arctic. Roberts first started reporting the book in 2017.
His work has been nominated for an Emmy Award, as well as a National Magazine Award in Canada, where he began his career in journalism.
