Patricia Gruver is an international tech policy expert, with expertise in tech diplomacy. She served as the Pacific Council on International Policy’s Tech Diplomacy Fellow where she researched and reported on the current state of tech diplomacy in Silicon Valley and South Korea. She is the Co-Founder of the Tech Diplomacy Network, an initiative that strives to define the nascent field of tech diplomacy and serve as a resource for new practitioners. She currently leads the science diplomacy programming for the National Science Policy Network, and has previously worked as a Science Attaché for the Quebec and UK governments. She has also served as the co-chair of the Science & Technology Diplomatic Circle of Boston for four years. She currently lives in Philadelphia with her husband, her toddler, and her geriatric chihuahua.
