Rachel Fu is a policy analyst at Pillars Research + Strategy. Most recently, Rachel was a math coach at a charter school in San Diego, where she worked with underserved middle and high school students. Before that, Rachel supported the Early Childhood Initiative Team at the Bipartisan Policy Center, focusing on early childhood workforce models, coronavirus state spending plans, and state suspension/expulsion plans. Rachel holds a BA in political science with a minor in elementary math education from California State University, Fullerton.
