Raj Gambhir was a Legal/Public Policy intern with New America's Open Technology Institute, working with the platform accountability and privacy teams. He is currently attending Harvard College where he is a researcher at the Technology and Public Purpose Project, an initiative at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs that seeks to bend the arc of technological development towards the public good. Prior to his time at OTI, he worked as an election security researcher at the Defending Digital Democracy Project and as a research intern at the Brookings Institution. Those work experiences led to his interest in technology policy and consumer privacy, areas he is excited to be working on at OTI. Raj will receive an A.B. in Social Studies and plans to attend law school after graduation.
