Susanna Williams is the lead consultant for Hireable, an independent consulting practice that works with national and local employers, workforce intermediaries, and government agencies to improve hiring practices, strengthen organizational structure, build cross-sector networks, and support strategic vision and goal setting. A former classroom teacher, Susanna previously worked for Renton Technical College & the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Postsecondary Success initiative. She lives in her hometown, Brooklyn, New York.
