Tenzin leverages her design research expertise to create strategies, policies, and experiences that empower people. She has worked with various government agencies, nonprofits, and tech companies to align their strategies and practices with customer needs.
Most recently, she worked in Nigeria developing USAID Nigeria's internal strategy to engage the private sector and transform how development projects are eventually funded and sustained. What was most exciting, for her, was creating a policy and developing solutions that all the staff were involved in co-designing. She has also interviewed political prisoners and refugees in India; the findings were later shared with government agencies and human rights organizations.
