Will Hawkins is a senior technologist for the Open Technology Institute's Commotion project. Before joining the New America Foundation, he worked at the United States Naval Research Laboratory Center for Computational Computer Science. He received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Computer Science/Mathematics at Furman University in South Carolina. He is current pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Wesley Theological Seminary.
