Conor P. Williams is a senior researcher in the Early Education Initiative at the New America Foundation. His work addresses educational equity, bilingual education, and school choice. Before joining New America, he taught first grade in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. His work has appeared in The Washington Post, The New Republic, The Daily Beast, The Atlantic, Talking Points Memo, and elsewhere.
Dr. Williams holds a PhD and M.A. in government from Georgetown University, an M.S. in teaching from Pace University, and a B.A. in government and Spanish from Bowdoin College. Williams, his wife, and his two young children live in Washington, D.C.
