Wesley Whistle wrote in Forbes about the urgency of a second stimulus bill needed for colleges and universities to survive.

Schools, school districts, and colleges and universities are preparing to reopen and bring students back to campus for the fall semester. Education across the board needs money to reopen safely. Congress is expected to provide some money in the next coronavirus relief package, but it might not get to schools quickly enough.
