Bulelani Jili is a Non-Resident Fellow and Meta Research PhD fellow at Harvard University. His research interests include ICT development, Africa-China relations, cybersecurity, post-colonial thought, and privacy law. On these topics, he has published, briefed, and worked with leading think tanks, journals, governments, and watchdogs like Nature, the American Bar Association, the Atlantic Council, the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, France’s Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the US State Department, and the United Nations.
