Ev Zaruba is a former human resources/business administration youth apprentice for The Gallegos Corporation and a PAYA Youth Council member. They are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human services at Colorado Mountain College. Ev joined the PAYA Youth Council to make change and represent what youth apprenticeship can do for people with disabilities and those in rural areas.
