Karol Boudreaux is the Senior Director of Global Programs for Landesa, an international NGO that works across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and at the global level with communities, governments, civil society, and the private sector to secure land rights for rural women and men. Before re-joining Landesa in 2025, Karol served as the Senior Land and Resources Governance Advisor at USAID, working with Agency staff to strengthen land tenure in countries around the world and promote policies to recognize and respect land and property rights. She has over 20 years of experience working on land governance issues, including land and conflict, women’s land rights, and responsible land-based investments.
