Leah Eggers is a director in Solutions Design & Delivery at Jobs for the Future (JFF). She supports state and regional leaders in K-12, higher education, and workforce development in creating and implementing innovative education and career pathways models to ensure all people have access to quality preparation and support to succeed in a career path. Her skills and areas of expertise include: program design and development; career navigation and advising; intermediaries, and work-based learning.
Before joining JFF, Eggers served as a director at Youth Guidance in Chicago where she led workforce development and postsecondary pathways programs for young adults. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from North Dakota State University.
