Liz Cory leads data visualization design and development at New America.
As a designer with a background in research, Cory draws on equally creative and analytical methods to illuminate insights that drive change. Before joining New America, they designed pathogen-tracking data tools for health scientists with Ginkgo Bioworks and researched emotion with the Interdisciplinary Affective Science Lab.
Cory holds a BS in Cognitive Neuroscience from Brown University and an MS in Information Design and Data Visualization from Northeastern University.
In their spare time, Cory can be found zooming around Boston on wheels of all sorts and growing peppers in their community garden.
