Misha Guttentag

Misha Guttentag is a graduate of the Yale Law School, where he co-founded the Yale Law and Technology Society.  Misha has worked with the public and private sectors on regulation of emerging technologies, including as a law clerk in the office of FCC Commissioner Mignon Clyburn and as a summer associate in Hogan Lovells’ telecommunications practice. His scholarship on issues ranging from broadband technology to constitutional law has been published in the Yale Journal of Law and Technology, the California Legal Studies Journal, and FintechPolicy.org. Misha is a former chemistry teacher with Teach for America in Houston, Texas, and a member of the District of Columbia and Texas Bars.
