Tina J. Walha is the Chief Partnerships Officer of U.S. Digital Response, a nonpartisan nonprofit that places experienced, pro-bono technologists to support state and local governments in building their digital capacity. Prior to USDR, she served as Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Seattle and Policy Advisor in the New York City Mayor's Office. She also worked as a management consultant, learning from public servants at the city, county, state, Federal, and international level while setting organizational strategy and exploring opportunities for impact. Walha has a Master’s in Public Administration and Urban Policy and Planning from Princeton University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
