Zindzi Thompson was a fellow with Bretton Woods II, an initiative that aims to channel $250 billion in long-term investments towards social impact opportunities. She is a former management consultant at Ernst & Young where she worked on strategy, operations, and business development within the financial services industry. As a consultant, she worked with a wide-range of global banking and insurance clients on projects across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia to help improve their business and operational performance.
Prior to Ernst & Young, Thompson worked at Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital and completed her undergraduate education at Howard University. She is currently a second-year MA candidate at the School for Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University where she is pursuing her interest in private sector development, and geopolitical factors that influence small states.
