In 2022, New America CA partnered with Fresno leaders and residents of the Jackson and Winchell neighborhoods to lift up hopeful narratives and uncover policy solutions for some of the neighborhood's most pressing issues. This is a collection of insights and findings from one-on-one conversations and two "proximity projects," events designed for policy leaders and residents to generate priorities for community development.
