Seizing the Moment: A District Guide to Advance Equity Through ESSA

The Education Policy Program's work on English learners (ELs) was highlighted in a new online resource from the Aspen Institute. The resource aims to guide districts on ways to advance equity and support English learners under the federal Every Student Succeeds Act. The resource features several New America reports— Janie Tankard Carnock's "Seeing Clearly" and "Pioneering Change" as well as Amaya Garcia's "Building a Bilingual Teacher Pipeline" reports.
