City libraries announce wi-fi hotspot program

Among the advisers to the library for the program are, in addition to the mayor's office, Tim Wu, the Columbia Law professor and net neutrality advocate who was lieutenant governor candidate this year, and Joshua Breitbart, a senior research fellow for the New America Foundation's Open Technology Institute.
