Gerald Adams is a George Sharswood Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He also serves as a faculty affiliate with the Center for Technology, Innovation, and Competition (CTIC) and as a nonresident scholar with the International Center for Law & Economics (ICLE). His scholarship focuses on law and technology, with an emphasis in telecommunications and digital media.
