Jeremy Kirshbaum is the founder of Handshake, a generative software studio and research lab. We are transforming how to leverage specialized knowledge, frameworks, and craft. We develop generative systems to augment qualitative ways of knowing, being and thinking, making them interactive and extensible.
Handshake works with many types of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and global non-profits, to tiny startup teams and individual creators. Where we bring truly unique value is for boutique consultancies, research, and advisory groups. These teams usually have some kind of “special sauce” — a combination of frameworks, knowledge, culture and craft that they leverage to help organizations do something in a special or better way.
Kirshbaum is writing a book about senior leadership and generative AI agents with Bob Johansen and Gabe Cervantes, which will be available on bookshelves through Berrett Koehler Publishers. He loves poetry the art form (because it is beautiful and freeing) and Poetry the package manager (for Python, because it actually does dependency resolution).
