Martha Schull

Intern, Early & Elementary Education

Martha Schull is an intern on the Early & Elementary Education team.

Prior to joining New America, Schull taught fourth grade in Atlanta and spent five years working in outdoor experiential education at a residential summer camp. During the school year, Schull is a graduate student at Vanderbilt University studying education policy. She holds a research assistantship with the Fuchs group in the department of Special Education, delivering math intervention to second-grade students in Metro Nashville Public Schools.

Schull holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wake Forest University and will graduate with a master’s degree in public policy from Vanderbilt in May 2020.
